She works with organisations, teams and individuals to maximise potential and performance to achieve business results.

Jen has worked in, and consulted to, private, public and not-for-profit organisations across a broad range of industries in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA. They include global companies, multinationals, ASX top 100 companies, state and federal government agencies. Jen served in the WA Public Sector for ten years and believes this experience, coupled with significant commercial experience, marries together to provide unique and insightful perspectives to all sectors and industries.

Jen has designed and facilitated leadership programs at four levels of organisations, led major cultural change initiatives, worked with senior executive teams and designed whole-of-organisation OD initiatives. She is known for her dynamic, practical approach and believes learning should be fun! Jen has worked in Australia’s leading business schools and with top ranked Duke CE delivering executive education to industry. She has great passion and extensive experience working with Indigenous people and organisations in Australia and the Pacific Islands.

Jen’s approach to coaching is about people getting ‘unstuck’, overcoming the limiting beliefs and assumptions that hold them back from stepping into their greatest potential. ‘It is skilling people to notice when they go down a reactive pathway, so they can intervene in the moment, to get back to a learner or leaderful mindset.’ It might include diagnostic assessment, or 360-degree feedback, or content input and it will always be action oriented and practical. Whether coaching teams or individuals, setting long terms goals and working on real business challenges is the focus of sessions so her practical, action-oriented style delivers the tangible results leaders are aiming for.

Jen is closely aligned with LTA’s customised approach to design starting from a true ‘blank sheet of paper’ to develop and deliver interventions in partnership with our clients.

Jen is accredited in: The Leadership Circle & The Leadership System (I & II), Hogan Assessment Suite, Genos Emotional Intelligence Suite, Leadership Versatility Index (LVI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator EIR (MBTI), ExperiencePoint ‘Design Thinker’ Simulation, Progressing towards Growth Edge Coaching Certification.
